Sep 26, 2018—7:00 PM:  My Vietnam Experience
Come and listen, as Jon shares his wartime experience with us as a flight engineer of a Chinook helicopter while serving in the US Army.  Learn from his understanding of what it was like coming home after his tour of duty, and how the community treated his fellow comrades. 

Oct. 5, 2018—6:30 PM:  Cash Bingo—Commitment to Family and Community, 165 Cherry St., Coplay, PA
Doors open at 5:30, bingo begins at 6:30.  Cost is $15.00 per person ($20.00 at the door).  There will be a Basket Raffle, 50/50 drawing, Bingo “Specials” and door prizes to be awarded.  Refreshments will be available.   We are looking forward to seeing you.  And thank you for your support. Oct. 6, 2018—10:00 AM:  See WHPS at the Whitehall Parade/Festival
The festivities begin with the parade starting at the K-Mart Shopping Center traveling south along MacArthur Rd. then West on Schadt Avenue onto Campus Dr. in to the School District Campus. The Festival immediately follows the parade on the school grounds with food vendors, crafts, school clubs, music, activities, and more. Look for us in the parade and be sure to stop by our table at the festival to say hello
 
Oct. 20, 2018—10:00 AM:  Craft Classes at the Mill—Bobby Miller
You will have the opportunity to create 5 one-of-a-kind figurines made from seeds, nuts, leaves, pods, pine cones, teasel, and grasses. The cost is only $10 for members and $12 for non-members. All materials will be supplied. Please call 610 776-7280 to register for the class or if you have any questions. Deadline to register is October 13th

Oct. 21, 2018—12:00 noon to 5:00 PM:  Visit our table at the Walnutport Canal Festival
FREE Admission. FREE Entertainment, including Crafters, Demonstrators, History and more. Oh yeah, let’s not forget the Food.  An awesome event to spend a Fall day for a stroll along the canal.  Be sure to stop by our table for a visit.

Oct. 27, 2018—11:00 AM:  Thomas Iron Works Historic Preservation Community Tour
Learn the Historic significance of the village of Hokendauqua and see some of the important sites substantial to the development of the Iron Works residence. Nov. 28, 2018—7:00 PM:  Lehigh Valley Transit—Northampton Line
Mr. Peters shares his love for trolley cars and rail transportation. He is the author of 3 books and hosted a TV program all sharing his knowledge of the trolley system. Please join us to learn about this historic mode of transportation or reminisce and share your experiences riding the trolleys


Dec. 2, 2018—2:00 PM:  Members Holiday Social at the Mill
